LAUNCH Augusta provides K–12 students with hands-on healthcare career exploration, health science education, mentorship, and workforce development experiences that connect early exposure to future education and employment opportunities.
Since 2017, LAUNCH Augusta has created and delivered programs that introduce students to the breadth of healthcare careers while building the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed to pursue those pathways. Through partnerships with healthcare organizations, educational institutions, professionals, and community organizations, LAUNCH brings students directly into healthcare learning and career environments.
Our programs—LAUNCH Community Link, LAUNCH Camp, LAUNCH Academy, LAUNCH Junior Academy, and LAUNCH Alumni Connect—create a continuous pipeline from K–12 career exploration through college and career placement.
