About

Founded in 1975, Siena Francis House is Nebraska's largest provider of services to individuals experiencing homelessness. While we provide emergency shelter, food, and clothing, our ultimate goal is to end homelessness by helping each guest secure stable housing within the community. As part of this mission, we also offer Permanent Supportive Housing on our campus for formerly homeless individuals with disabilities.

Volunteers play a vital role in our efforts. Volunteer opportunities include serving meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), sorting and organizing donations at our donation dock, and assisting with special projects around our campus. To get involved, please visit https://sienafrancis.volunteerhub.com/vv2/, where you can create an account and sign up for the opportunities that interest you.

Please note, in addition to signing up on Give Pulse, you must also sign up through our Volunteer Hub using this link: https://sienafrancis.volunteerhub.com/vv2/.

Transportation is not provided; however, Siena Francis House is just a short walk from Creighton University! For questions, contact Lily Black at lblack@sienafrancis.org or call 402-341-1821 ext. 1113.
