The events listed below are the activities and dates we have scheduled for private corporate events. Currently, these volunteer times are not open to the public.
The Food Bank of Northeast Georgia Volunteer Department functions on a need-basis for our distribution program. Volunteers offer assistance that the Food Bank needs, such as bagging for our programs, cleaning, food rescue, or sorting through donations. Food Bank staff will ensure all necessary instructions are given before beginning the event.

Requirement Details
Volunteer groups must have a minimum of 6 participants to apply. Volunteer events are limited to those 16 and older. Volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes that do not have a heel at any event due to safety regulations. Volunteers are asked to review our volunteer handbook before attending events.
Parking Details
Carpooling is strongly encouraged when possible due to limited parking. Upon arrival, please visit the main lobby through the glass door. Enter the door labeled "Volunteer Department” where you will be greeted by Volunteer Department staff.
