ITASA 2019 OCAC Taiwan Trip

Sunday, June 2nd from 9:00am to Saturday, June 8th, 2019 3:00pm (PT)
Weeklong (6 day, 5 nights) leadership program in Taiwan sponsored by The Overseas Community Affairs Council, Republic of China (Taiwan). Event dates are tentative but will be the week of 6/2. 

Please register for this event to confirm your attendance; your ticket will serve as your deposit. Deposits will be refunded back to you after the trip.

The OCAC will provide room and board reception (not include air ticket), and also arrange a visit and events schedule during the trip." [sic] Please note that you are required to handle arranging your own airfare.

OCAC is also providing a travel subsidy for attendees, please see the following table for more details. Please note that in order to receive this subsidy, you CAN NOT use miles to purchase your airfare.  

2 attendees will be housed per room, if you would like a specific roommate please make sure that both of you request each other. If you would like a single room, please make a note of that in the roommate field. Participants that request single rooms will be expected to cover the difference.

Requirement Details
You must confirm by March 17th with a deposit. This event is for ITASA National Board and special guests affiliated with ITASA. Please note that because this is a leadership event, priority will be given to leadership individuals. ITASA reserves the right to refuse participation in this program to any individuals.

Please note you must arrange and purchase your own plane tickets in order to attend. OCAC is providing housing, meals and transport during the program.
